Day 1 Saturday: Arrival in Transylvania from LIVERPOOL

Arrival from Liverpool to Cluj-Napoca Airport with BlueAir 17:00. Visit the cathedrals of Cluj – the capital of Transylvania: Orthodox, Catholic, Reformed, Greek-Catholic. Dinner at the Hotel Lucy Star Cluj-Napoca.

Day 2 Sunday: Wooden Churches of Maramures – 230 km

Sunday Service in Cluj-Napoca. Visit of Gherla (the largest Armenian cathedral in Europe with Rubens’s painting). Lunch in the center. Visit the Monastery of Rohia. Wine and coffee break in Targu Lapus. Wooden monasteries of Maramures – UNESCO heritage: Plopis, Surdesti, Budesti, Desesti. Dinner and overnight at the Barsana Monastery (guest house).

Day 3 Monday: Maramures and Painted Churches of Moldavia I – 250 km

Visit the Merry Cemetery of Sapanta and the Monastery of Peri (the highest wooden building in Europe). Visit the Moisei Monastery (Greek-Catholic). Lunch in Borsa.

Discover the Carpathians. Painted Churches of Voronet (the most important) and Gura Humorului UNESCO. Wine and coffee break in Gura Humorului. Dinner at Hotel Simeria Gura Humorului.

Day 4 Tuesday: Painted Churches of Moldavia II – 240 km

Visit the Monasteries of Sucevita, Arbore, Dragomirna and Suceava UNESCO. Lunch in the center. Visit the Monasteries of Neamt, Agapia and Varatec. Wine and coffee break in Piatra Neamt. Dinner at Hotel Belvedere Piatra Neamt.

Day 5 Wednesday: Wonders of the Carpathians and Hungarian Churches – 250 km

Visit the Bicaz Gorge. Lunch in Sovata. Corund (Ceramic). Wine and coffee break in Odorheiu Secuiesc. Visit of Sighisoara UNESCO. Dinner at Hotel Rex Sighisoara.

Day 6 Thursday: Fortified Churches of Transylvania 300 km

Visit the fortified churches of Saschiz, Viscri (UNESCO) and Rupea. Lunch in Brasov – Evangelical Black Church. Wine and coffee break in Sinaia. Visit of Bucharest by night. Dinner at Hotel Triumf Bucharest.

Day 7 Friday: Bucharest and Snagov Monastery

Visit the House of the People (the largest building in Europe), the Patriarchal Cathedral, the Catholic and Anglican Churches and the center of Bucharest (Lunch). Visit the Snagov Monastery. Wine and coffee break in center. Dinner at Hotel Triumf Bucharest.

Day 8 Saturday: return to LIVERPOOL. Departure from Bucharest Airport to Liverpool with BlueAir 8:20

Día 2 Lunes: Iglesias de Cluj y Iglesias de Madera de Maramures – 230 km

Visita de las catedrales de Cluj – la capital de Transilvania: ortodoxa, católica, reformada, griego-católica. Visita de Gherla (catedral Armenia mas grande de Europa con la pintura de Rubens). Almuerzo al centro. Visita del Monasterio de Rohia. Pausa de vino y café en Targu Lapus.

Monasterios de madera de Maramures – patrimonio UNESCO: Plopis, Surdesti, Budesti, Desesti. Cena y dormir en el Monasterio de Barsana (casa de huéspedes).

Día 3 Martes: Maramures y Iglesias pintadas de Moldavia I – 250 km

Visita del Cementerio Feliz de Sapanta y del Monasterio de Peri (mas alta construcción de madera de Europa). Visita del Monasterio Moisei (Griego-Católica). Almuerzo en Borsa.

Descubrimos los Carpatos. Iglesias pintadas de Voronet (la mas importante) y Gura Humorului UNESCO. Pausa de vino y café en Gura Humorului. Cena al Hotel Simeria Gura Humorului.

Día 4 Miércoles: Iglesias pintadas de Moldavia II – 240 km

Visita de los Monasterios de Sucevita, Arbore, Dragomirna y Suceava UNESCO. Almuerzo al centro. Visita de los Monasterios de Neamt, Agapia y Varatec. Pausa de vino y café en Piatra Neamt. Cena al Hotel Belvedere Piatra Neamt.

Día 6 Viernes: Iglesias Fortificadas de Transilvania – 300 km

Visita de las Iglesias fortificadas de Saschiz, Viscri (UNESCO) y Rupea. Almuerzo en Brasov – Iglesia Negra Evangélica. Pausa de vino y café en Sinaia.

Visita de Bucharest por la noche. Cena al Hotel Triumf Bucharest.

Día 7 Sábado: Bucharest y regreso en MADRID

Visita de la Casa del Pueblo (el edificio mas grande de Europa) y del centro de Bucharest (Almuerzo). Salida del Aeropuerto de Bucharest para MADRID con BlueAir 14:40.
